SMU Cox Dallas released the rankings of its 2016 Dallas 100 class of fastest-growing private companies in North Texas, Dunhill Homes ranks 19th.
Fortunately for Dunhill Homes, DFW maintains a commanding presence within the US real-estate arena. WalletHub tells us that North Texas metro areas continue to relish in thier first, second and third-place standings for representing the hottest real-estate locations in the country. More specifically, Dallas-Fort Worth cities claim half of the Top 10 most-coveted real-estate markets in America!
With all this being said, Dunhill Homes has proudly placed a feather in its cap due to its accomplished growth, recently recognized by Southern Methodist University at the Omni Dallas Hotel. SMU's Caruth Institute For Entrepreneurship, at the university's Cox School of Business, unveiled its rankings for the '2016 Dallas 100' class. The year 2016 marks the 26th 'Dallas 100' event proudly hosted by SMU which has gained its own reputation for highlighting and applauding the 100 fastest-growing privately-owned enterprises in North Texas. The 100 selected businesses were chosen, soley, on increased growth in sales.
The Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship co-founded the 'Dallas 100' in 1990 to celebrate the flourishing entrepreneurial spirit and potential that thrives in North Texas. The Caruth Institute establishes very demanding qualifiers for each company being considered, including: location, sales, history, legal status, credit report and integrity - all, of which, are staunchly reviewed. Additionally, each business was required to meet a sales of at least $500,000, but no greater than, $75 million in fiscal 2013. Absolute dollar growth as well as percentage of growth heavily contributed to determine each company's increased growth in sales during the three-years from 2013 to 2016.
SMU's 'Dallas 100' companies, collectively, generated almost $8B during the past three years and expanded their team-members from 10,870 to a whopping 20,851 in 2015!
Dunhill Homes couldn't be more pleased and honored to announce it is ranked 19th among the 100 innovative and progressive businesses that were recognized during the 'Dallas 100' Awards Ceremony on November 29, 2016 - an early Christmas present, indeed!
