Matt Conedera helped us with building our first home. My fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with how our home turned out we were very nervous however Matt and David McClearly exceeded our expectations on this entire experience, which has left us stress and worry free! They have guided us all the way through and we are forever grateful for this AMAZING team Dunhill has!
First of all, Dunhill has THE BEST customer service. Matt Wilken and Grant Jackson have been an absolute delight to work with. Even after construction was complete and we moved in, Grant has always been very responsive to any issue we've had. Matt always waves hello if we happen to see him at the model. They make us feel important- not like we were just another sale.
The extra work Dave, Patrick and especially Chris Hartley went to get me the right variation of granite I wanted in the house. They were great at working to get this done and were happy to do it.
David's knowledge was exceptional. We like the community & other owners we have met.
I like the fact that Dunhill incorporates storage solutions into their homes. Also, I like the nice touches around the home; for example, mud room, art niches, pocket doors. David in Sunset Pointe is a class act and an awesome person.

I have recently closed and I love my new home. As soon as I walked into the model I knew I was in the right place. Dunhill’s attention to detail, aesthetics and standards sold me immediately. I worked with Matt Wilkin and he sold me a spec that was about two months into the building process. He directed me to the design center just in case I wanted to change any of the options. Because it was a spec it was well loaded with upgrades and I was sure I wouldn’t change much but to my dismay, I changed almost everything inside and more!!!! The design consultant was so wonderful while she watched me upgrade everything! Shortly thereafter, I had a meeting with Matt and the builder, Cory. They brought me through the building procedure and by the end of the meeting I knew I was in good hands. They promised to contact me regularly with the progress and, as they said they would, I received a call every Friday from both of them on speaker! The calls were informative but really I just liked to talk to both of them because they’re quite the comedic team. This is my forth house I’ve built over the years so I’m aware and have dealt with many builders; however, Cory Chandler was the best. He is extremely detailed oriented, client-focused and is the expert that I relied on with building my home for my family. He kept his commitments and clearly communicated all steps. Of course, nothing goes exactly as planned but this experience was pretty close. The builder has to instill trust into the home buyers and he did so effortlessly. My experience has been that builders just really don't care because there are many houses that they're building and they're just checking off of their never-ending to do list; however, you would never know that with Cory. He's patient (thankfully), more than knowledgeable and focused on creating a great home for his buyers. So add Cory to the list of what I love about my new home. I would highly recommend Dunhill as a builder in all ways. Home building can be stressful; however, your group in Ventana made it special in many ways. Thank you for my new home!
The salesman, Tom, was excellent and very responsive. The home is beautiful, the lot is huge and the neighbors are amazing.
My husband and I just moved into a house built by Dunhill Homes in the Chisholm Trail Ranch development. I felt moved to send you a note to tell you how pleased we were with every aspect of the process. Beginning with the Sales Manager David Lauderdale, whose knowledge, kindness and honesty exceeded any I’ve seen in a while. I’m in the hospitality industry and am quite picky about customer service. It is definitely alive and kickin’ at that office! If David was out Laura was ready to jump in there and help answer any questions or let us in to see our house (for the umpteenth time!) without so much as a smirk on her face. We always felt we were treated with respect and David didn’t even mind my endless questions (first time new home buyers and a fellow salesperson). Any time I sent an email I received a reply within an hour….and it didn’t matter if it was his day off. Then there’s Grant. I told him he should get Builder of the Year and was told, after much prodding, that he has been given such an award. He has definitely earned it. When he says he will be calling every Wednesday afternoon he wasn’t lying….every. Wednesday. Afternoon. Without. Fail. One Wednesday I told him I’d be out of pocket and what do you know – my husband received the “Wednesday” call. There again, no bad looks when I had asked for the 13th time when they’d be putting the granite in and did he remember that we were getting those extra legs on the kitchen bar? He was so patient, explained things to us every step of the way. Never too busy to answer my phone call(s) and took as long as we needed on the walk-thru at the end of the building process. I felt like he was the dad we don’t have….he helped us understand the sprinkler system, how to get the item number on the stove (use your phone to take a pic) and many other things too numerous to list. Moe and I truly feel like one of the Dunhill “family” and I feel so good knowing David, Grant, and Laura are just down the block!
Firstly, we liked the home plan and the spacious room and closet space. The quality of the build materials are of very good standard as I got them checked with a third party. Also, aesthetic features of the home are attractive and efficient for your day to day use. Matt was so helpful in explaining all the features of the new home and we appreciate his patience and assistance throughout the process. Grant was on call all the time and get things fixed fast. Overall, Dunhill Homes did a great job! I'm loving this new home already.
